Agreement.
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking an appointment, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Products and availability.
AMAL pieces may be produced in limited quantities and availability can change without notice. Adding a piece to a cart or submitting an inquiry does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, decline or cancel an order, or correct product information when reasonably necessary.
We aim to present colors, textures, dimensions, and details accurately. Displays vary, and exotic leather is a natural material with unique grain, markings, tone, and finish. These variations are characteristics of the piece and are not defects.
Orders, pricing, and payment.
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and may exclude taxes, duties, delivery, or other charges unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
An order is accepted only when AMAL sends an order confirmation or dispatch notice. Payment authorization may occur before acceptance. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping, returns, and risk.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather, or events outside AMAL's control. Title and risk of loss pass as permitted by applicable law and the delivery terms stated at checkout.
Return or exchange eligibility depends on the condition of the piece, the return window communicated with the order, and any product-specific restrictions. Customized, personalized, altered, worn, or final-sale items may not be returnable. Contact client care before sending a return so that instructions can be provided.
Natural materials and care.
Exotic leather can respond to moisture, heat, friction, oils, sunlight, and storage conditions. Care guidance is provided as general information and does not guarantee a particular result. Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized alteration or repair, or ordinary wear is not a manufacturing defect.
Straps, buckles, and accessories may be sold separately where the product page states so. Please confirm the contents of your order before purchase.
Site use and ownership.
The site and its text, photographs, video, graphics, logos, product names, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to AMAL and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information.
You may not copy, scrape, republish, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the site; circumvent security; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or use site content to create competing commercial material without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” AMAL does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMAL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or a purchase. AMAL's aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a different limitation is required by law.
Governing terms and contact.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent through the AMAL contact page.
