AMAL client-service guide

Shipping, delivery, and return inquiries

Order terms can depend on the individual piece, destination, and whether an item has been customized. Confirm the details that apply to your purchase.

AMAL shipping timing, delivery charges, duties, and return eligibility are confirmed for the individual order and destination. A cart or inquiry does not reserve a piece until the order is accepted. After delivery, inspect the package and product promptly without removing protective elements or using the item. If there is a problem, contact AMAL Client Care with the order reference, product name, delivery date, packaging photographs, and clear images of the concern. Do not send a return without instructions. Eligibility may depend on the communicated return window, product condition, and whether the piece is customized, personalized, altered, worn, or designated final sale. Natural grain, scale, quill, bead, tone, and finish variation are characteristics of exotic leather and should be reviewed before purchase; they are not the same as transit damage or a manufacturing issue. The Terms of Service and order communication control where they provide more specific information.

When is an order confirmed?

AMAL inventory and checkout are connected to the synchronized YP Collective product source. Availability can change, and adding a piece to a cart does not by itself reserve it. An order is accepted when the applicable confirmation or dispatch communication is issued. If a piece cannot be fulfilled after payment authorization, the appropriate refund process applies to the original payment method.

Review the product title, size or dimensions, material, color, finish, included components, price, delivery details, and contact information before submitting an order. If a belt photograph includes a styling buckle sold separately, the product information should identify that distinction. Ask Client Care before purchase if any component or measurement is unclear.

How is delivery timing determined?

Delivery timing depends on current availability, order processing, destination, carrier service, customs, weather, and events outside AMAL's control. An estimate is not a guarantee. Tracking or dispatch information is provided through the order communication when available.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage, customs review, or other destination charges that are not included unless expressly stated. Provide a complete delivery address, reachable contact details, and any information required by the carrier or customs authority. If a delivery appears delayed, contact Client Care with the order reference rather than placing a duplicate order.

What should you do when the package arrives?

Inspect the outer package before opening. If it is crushed, wet, punctured, or opened, photograph every side, the shipping label, and the condition in which it was received. Open the package carefully without cutting near the product. Keep the box, protective materials, labels, and included documentation until you are satisfied that the order is correct.

Compare the delivered piece with the order confirmation and product page. Natural leather will show individual variation, and screen color can differ from the object in hand. If the wrong item arrived, a component appears missing, or there is possible transit damage, stop handling the piece and contact Client Care promptly with photographs.

How do you begin a return inquiry?

Begin through the AMAL contact page or the contact method provided with the order. Include the order reference, product, delivery date, reason for the request, current condition, and photographs. Wait for eligibility review and return instructions before sending anything. An unapproved shipment may be delayed, refused, or sent to the wrong location.

Keep the piece unused and store it carefully while the request is reviewed. Do not remove attached tags or protective materials, condition the leather, alter hardware, add belt holes, change sizing, or attempt a repair. Use only the authorized carrier, address, packaging method, and documentation supplied for the return.

Which pieces may have restricted eligibility?

Customized, personalized, altered, worn, damaged after delivery, or final-sale pieces may not be returnable. Product-specific restrictions and the communicated return window also apply. A belt altered for fit, a personalized object, or a used wallet may no longer be in returnable condition even when the same standard product would otherwise qualify.

Natural variation is expected in crocodile scale, stingray bead, ostrich quill, python pattern, calf-hair direction, grain, tone, and finish. Review imagery and ask questions before purchase when a precise feature matters. This guidance summarizes the process; the Terms of Service and the specific order communication govern when they state more exact conditions.

What information helps Client Care respond?

  • Product title or URL, size where relevant, and delivery date.
  • A short description of the question or concern and when it was first noticed.
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any affected area.
  • Confirmation that the piece remains unused and whether tags or protective materials are intact.
